A 20 minute drive down a remote valley and along forest tracks takes us to the foot what is known locally as the Buddhist  or, Enchanted Valley, a place of such outstanding beauty that it is easy to see why it was chosen as a Buddhist retreat. Following in their footsteps we attempt to feel the natural energy of this magical place and experience some of the tranquillity, serenity and peace as they do. The top of the valley with it's outstanding views is the location for our picnic lunch.
